Meet the mind behind Sipidipi

Esteban López Meoño is a Costa Rican graphic designer, art director, professor, and publisher whose work lives at the intersection of advertising, branding, and editorial design.

A graduate in Graphic Design from the Universidad de Costa Rica, Esteban began his career collaborating with some of the most respected organizations in the industry, including La Nación, Garnier BBDO, and McCann Erickson.

In 2004, he founded Filigráfica, his own graphic design studio focused on brand development and visual communication. Then in 2016, driven by a deep love for art, nature, and storytelling, he created Sipidipi — an independent publishing house dedicated to crafting collectible pop-up books that transform the world’s most extraordinary places into objects of wonder.
